Dani's Delicious Choc-Tops

A cheeky little modification to some high protein yoghurt and you have yourself the perfect, simple to make and most importantly guilt-free sweet treat!

These choc-tops are totally customisable so have some fun and get creative. They are so easy, delicious and of course NO SHIT!


Tip:

Enjoy every minute of your cheeky dessert treat! The secret to having a treat is ensuring that you savour every mouthful and absolutely feel ZERO guilt about doing it!










Salted Caramel Delight

1 x 160g pot salted caramel high protein yoghurt

1 tsp stevia-sweetened salted caramel sauce

1 square (15g) dark chocolate, melted

Tiny pinch of sea salt flakes, to garnish


1. Take your pot of yoghurt and peel off the lid. Spread salted caramel sauce over the top.


2. Pour melted chocolate over the top, sprinkle with salt flakes and pop back in the fridge for 15 mins or until chocolate has set hard.


When ready to devour, smash choc top and dig in!


Peanut Choc Banana

1 x 160g pot banana high protein yoghurt

1 tbsp powdered peanut butter

1 square (15g) dark chocolate, melted

1 tsp whole peanuts, to decorate


1. Take your pot of yoghurt and peel off the lid. Mix powdered peanut butter with melted dark chocolate until well combined.

2. Pour melted chocolate mix over the top, sprinkle with peanuts and pop back in the fridge for 15 mins or until chocolate has set hard.

Smash choc top and dig in!


Choc Mousse Magic

1 x 160g pot vanilla high protein yoghurt

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 square (15g) dark chocolate, melted


1. Take your pot of yoghurt and peel off the lid. Combine cacao powder with yoghurt and mix well (you may need to use a separate bowl to do this and then pop it back into the yoghurt pot.)

2. Pour melted chocolate mixture over the top, dust with a little extra cacao powder and then pop back in the fridge for 15 mins or until chocolate has set hard.

And you guessed it!!!! Smash choc top and dig in!
